Jag anv\u00e4nder samtal i olika former, ibland med hj\u00e4lp av visualiseringar och bildskapande r\u00f6relser. Dessutom anv\u00e4nder jag individanpassade metoder som bygger p\u00e5 n\u00e4stan 100 \u00e5rs utveckling inom psykosyntes, en metod som hj\u00e4lper individen att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 hur tidigare erfarenheter p\u00e5verkar deras nuvarande liv och framtida m\u00e5l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Genom samtalets process sker en f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring d\u00e4r individen v\u00e4xer och utvecklas, och l\u00e5ngsamt tar steg mot ett mer harmoniskt och balanserat liv. Samtalet blir en katalysator f\u00f6r insikter och nya perspektiv som leder till positiv f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring och \u00f6kad sj\u00e4lvk\u00e4nnedom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conversation is a journey that both challenges and enriches, and through this process a transformation takes place that deeply affects the individual’s life. As a conversation leader, my role is to support and enable personal development, by helping the individual to identify their needs and find solutions. I always work under confidentiality and with an individual-centered approach, where each conversation is adapted to the personal situation and the unique challenges that the individual faces.
Methodology and approach
The conversation always starts from the here and now, which allows us to reflect on both the past and the future in the individual’s life. The conversation is the very foundation, and I reinforce it with proven techniques that are adapted to suit that particular person. Through active participation, I guide the individual to find their own resources and solutions, which means that they both own the problem and the solution.
Techniques and tools
I use conversations in various forms, sometimes with the help of visualizations and image-making movements. In addition, I use individualized methods based on almost 100 years of development in psychosynthesis, a method that helps the individual understand how past experiences affect their current life and future goals.
Results and impact
Through the process of conversation, a change takes place where the individual grows and develops, and slowly takes steps towards a more harmonious and balanced life.
